Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation Organizes Field Visits to Irbid and Al Shahid AZMI Al Mufti Camps

Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation (TAGUCI) visited Irbid and Al Shahid Azmi Al Mufti camps as a part of its field visits to Palestinian and Syrian refugee camps in Jordan.

The visits aim to brief the potential beneficiaries on TAGUCI’s educational scholarships offered by HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh for MBA, consisting of a full scholarship (100%) granted to refugees in Syrian and Palestinian camps in Jordan and Lebanon, and 50% scholarship to students who meet MBA requirements in Jordan and the other Arab countries.

It is worth mentioning that the scholarship program comes as a part of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global’s Corporate Social Responsibility in serving youth and developing their skills and qualifications through Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Foundation (TAG-Foundation).

During the visit to Al Shahid Azmi Al Mufti Camp, Mr. Mohammad Al Khodour, Head of the Camp Services Committee and Mr. Khaled Al Qrout, Secretary of the Committee, affirmed that the full scholarship would be announced on a large scale through mosques, associations and councils, underlining the importance of education.

Meanwhile, Mr. Mohammad Al Saleh, Head of Irbid Camp’s Services Committee, Mr. Maher Eqailan, Secretary of the Committee, and Mr. Adel Barqawi, representative of Palestinian affairs, commended Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh’s initiative in offering scholarships, expressing their readiness to assist and support the youth in the camps.

TAG-Foundation was established as a non-profit organization, funded by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global) to promote sustainable development with a focus on economic and social development initiatives, to enhance the capabilities of individuals, groups, institutions and associations worldwide.

Furthermore, TAGUCI has recently announced that it started receiving applications for the summer semester of the academic year 2018/2019 for MBA program tracks including Innovative Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Human Resources Management, Digital Marketing and Data Analytics.
