The need to sharpen your negotiation skills has become much more important in current circumstances as no one can afford to lose thousands of dollars every month, especially in today’s difficult financial times, said internationally acclaimed speaker Tom Flatau.

During the seminar, Flatau introduced the 5-step process to win-win negotiation. He trained the audience on how to prepare psychologically, and workout exactly what they want. He showed techniques on finding ‘hidden’ interests, structuring a deal that suits both sides, and how to spot any tricks that may be used to undermine the negotiator’s position. And finally, to complete the deal that will ensure a long-term, mutually profitable relationship.

The seminar also addressed important aspects, such as underperforming when negotiating, giving too much away, the fear of damaging the relationship or entirely losing the project by asking too much and failing to understand the negotiation process.
