Top ten qualifying players from VIVA Real Madrid Academy to Travel Madrid, Spain

VIVA, Kuwait’s fastest-growing and most developed telecom operator, announced that the top 10 qualifying players will be travelling to Madrid, Spain, to join a training camp from 1 August until 7 August 2015.

The top 10 players were chosen from over 400 participants who joined in the VIVA Real Madrid Academy try outs, held in March 2015, and will get the opportunity to travel to Madrid, Spain to join a training camp to be educated and trained by the famous football team coaches.

 Real Madrid Academy is one of the leading football training institutions, and the players will be accompanied by a team from VIVA who will surround them with care and attention throughout the trip.

The top 10 players will be chosen by a joint judging committee consisting of VIVA Real Madrid Academy coaches and Kuwait National Football team leaders. Each of the players were  judged on the basis of their foot-balling capability and talent, physical fitness, discipline, their communication skills amongst each other as players and their general conduct on and off the field. The training program focused on different technical areas, such as dribbling, short passing, turning and finishing.  The programs were also designed to develop young players in other fields, such as tactical understanding, and mental, physical and social growth.
