TOTAL Jordan signs partnership agreement with Hashemite University

TOTAL Jordan has signed an agreement with the Hashemite University to provide internship opportunities to its students.

According to the partnership agreement, TOTAL Jordan will offer scholarships, training opportunities and give special attention to honour students in accordance with set clauses and standards. The agreement also provides that TOTAL Jordan will contribute in conducting workshops related to the Oil and Gas sector in addition to participating in activities and educational workshops that are conducted by the university.

Mr. Ouriaghli, the Managing Director of TOTAL Jordan, commented on the newly signed contract saying: “TOTAL Jordan’s Corporate Social Responsibilities fosters on Education and Road Safety. This Agreement will build strong bridge between the Hashemite University and TOTAL Jordan, with the aim to promote Jordanian talents and TOTAL to share its experience in Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy with students enrolled at the Hashemite University.

Dr. Kamal Bani Hani, President of Hashemite University, stressed the importance of such agreements saying: “Partnerships with prestigious companies like TOTAL Jordan allow us to offer valuable training opportunities to students to thus strengthen their qualifications and prepare them to enter the today’s workforce.”
