Free train the trainer workshop announced by Eton Institute in Abu Dhabi and Dubai

Methodologies, systems and processes are forever evolving in the business environment. In order to ensure the success of an organisation, training and re-training the employees needs to be a crucial part of the business policy. It is essential for the trainer to possess good organisational skills in order to prepare and deliver beneficial and useful training sessions both “on the job” and “off the job”.
Eton Institute, is hosting a free ‘Train the Trainer’ workshop, to help managers, supervisors or trainers grow in their careers and impact that of others by enhancing their skills and learning the latest coaching techniques to help transfer their knowledge to work situations.
“Trainers or employees in charge of managing teams are faced with the challenge of developing the skills of the employees, enabling them to function efficiently. But in order for that to happen the trainers need to be equipped with the tools and approaches to meet their specific needs. The Train the Trainer workshop will help trainers or team leaders discover how to confidently plan, design and deliver interesting and effective learning sessions,” commented Michael Newby, Head of Teacher Training at Eton Institute.
The free Train the Trainer workshop will provide an insight into the elements of effective coaching or training. In Dubai, the workshop will be conducted on 4th February from 6PM to 8PM and in Abu Dhabi on the 6th February from 5PM to 7PM. Limited places are available on a first come first served basis.
