The Urban Planning and Development Authority Supports BIPEX 2019 as Diamond Sponsors

The Urban Planning and Development Authority (UPDA) are supporting this year’s edition of the Bahrain International Property Exhibition (BIPEX) 2019 as Diamond Sponsors.  Held under the patronage of H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khaled bin Abdulla Al Khalifa and organized by the Bahrain Society of Engineers, BIPEX 2019 will take place from the 7th to the 9th of December at Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Center.

UPDA will also be participating at the Exhibition at the Pavilion (F13), where they will be showcasing their latest projects, updated services, and unveiling their new website and revamped Brand Identity to attendees. Visitors will also have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with UPDA’s latest services that are available to citizens, landowners and prospective investors in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

On this occasion, UPDA affirmed that due to the continued support of HE Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, BIPEX has successfully cemented its position as the leading platform for real estate and property in the Kingdom of Bahrain. UPDA’s sponsorship and participation in BIPEX 2019 comes in line with our efforts to promote our latest services offered to the Kingdom in order to meet the needs of both citizens, residents and investors.

Under the wise leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the ultimate aim at UPDA is to contribute to achieving the Vision of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Urban Planning Committee, which was established during the 2019 Government Forum. The Vision focuses on further developing the Kingdom’s urban spaces by planning integrated urban communities in order to create an ideal environment which will attract increased investment in order to contribute to the Kingdom’s national economy.

The UPDA is working closely with local government bodies and private entities as part of its strategic vision to plan for the sustainable development the Kingdom’s urban infrastructure and communities in line with the 2030 Economic Vision.
