Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi Celebrates “80 Years of Tweety” With Entertainment for Guests of All Ages

Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi welcomes guests to celebrate the 80th anniversary of one of Warner Bros.' most iconic Animation characters of all-time, Tweety! As part of the yearlong “80 Years of Tweety” anniversary campaign, guests and families can celebrate with character meet-and-greets, themed food & beverage offerings and family-friendly activities, running every day from September 10 - 30.

Warner Bros. kicked off its “80 Years of Tweety” campaign earlier this year by commissioning a diverse group of artists worldwide to design 80 original murals celebrating Tweety’s cheerful enthusiasm, cutes and smarts, as well as his endearing personality.  Beginning September 10, guests can witness one of the colorful murals inside the ticketing area that will feature a backdrop of Tweety, along with the Tunes and a giant birthday cake in celebration of the world’s most beloved canary.  These spectacular works of art will also appear in the US, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, Mexico, Brazil, and more.  To track where to find Tweety murals, please visit Tweety’s Anniversary website.  Guests can also capture unique moments by the rotunda pillars with the Warner Bros. logo and Tweety branding in the background for an iconic photo with their loved ones. What’s more, parkgoers are invited to participate in a competition to guess how many plush toys are inside the Tweety bird-cage, for a chance to win a valuable prize.

Looking to spend the day with Tweety? Cartoon Junction will be waiting for fans and young guests to meet Tweety donned in his birthday hat overlay along with the Tunes as all join in the interactive painting activity for a fun-tastic time at the theme park. For a more whimsical visit, parkgoers can go on Tweety Wild Wockets, a family-friendly aerial carousel ride that takes kids on a journey spinning in the air away from that mean old putty tat, Sylvester! In addition, guests can dine with Tweety at The Starlight and meet the rest of the Tunes who will be making an appearance inside the Plaza, turning Tweety’s 80th celebration one for the ages.

To complement their journey, guests can visit the Park’s various retail stores to purchase from a wide variety of limited-time edition Tweety merchandise and treat themselves to tasty Tweety themed treats.

And lastly, stay right in the heart of it all at The WB Abu Dhabi hotel, just steps from the Park where the Tweety celebrations will continue with themed food & beverage offerings.
