Wasl releases over 3,800 modern staff accommodation units to the market

Wasl Asset Management Group, one of the largest real estate development and management companies in Dubai, announced the launch of ‘Wasl Mosaic,’ a modern gated staff accommodation project in Al Warsan.

Wasl Mosaic comprises 3,866 units across 33 buildings in a mix of shared, studios and one-bedroom apartments, with sizes ranging from 275 to 726 square feet and all characterised by high-end finishing. Amenities at the project include a community swimming pool and a gym, basketball and volleyball courts, a community centre, ample parking spaces and nine retail outlets, including a supermarket, a clinic, and a pharmacy. It is also within reach of Ras Al Khor, Al Warqaa, Nad Al Hammar and Academic City. Other nearby attractions include Dubai Safari Park, Mirdif City Center, and Dubai Outlet Mall.
