Zain Bahrain hosts its quarterly ‘Zain Excellence Awards’

Zain Bahrain, the most innovative operator in the Kingdom, hosted its quarterly ‘Zain Excellence Award’, a system that was created by the company to reward those who took the extra mile within the organization to produce a project that benefits the company as a whole.
Launched in October 2014, the award is celebrated every quarter to recognize three employees per quarter for their exceptional performances within the company.
The winners of this edition were Ali Awadh, from Network Department, Shereen Al Aliwat from Finance Department and Ali Al Ghalaf from IT Department. All three had distinguished contribution that added to Zain Bahrain Operational Efficiency.
“Employees achievement is part of our success, and it emphasizes Zain Bahrain’s credentials as a flagship company. We firmly believe that human capital is our greatest advantage and it is essential to recognize the efforts of our employees,’ said Dana Bukhammas, Manager of Human Resources.
