Emaar Properties PJSC, a leading regional property developer, on Monday announced record annual profits of Dh 1.691 billion for the year ended December 31, 2004.
EMAAR announced record 150 per cent increase in 2004 net profits, to hit Dh1.691 billion
This corresponds to a net profit increase of Dh 1.015 billion or 150 per cent. Net profit for fiscal 2003 was Dh 676 million.
Property revenues went up by Dh 1.527 billion or 41 per cent to Dh 5.248 billion for the year ended 31 December 2004, compared to Dh 3.721 billion for the year 2003.
