Computer telephony solutions provider Pulse has signed a partnership agreement for the distribution and support of its software with Alpha Data, one of the largest information technology companies located in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
This agreement allows Alpha Data to resell pulse's award winning, interactive voice response (IVR) software solutions in the Middle East. lpha Data has a large PBX customer base and IVR is a natural next step for most of its clients. The UAE has grown quickly and companies are very open to new technology. The pulsevoice system will provide these clients with a cost-effective inbound and outbound call automation solution.
