Latest figures issued by the Qatar Central Bank (QCB) have indicated that property rents are stabilizing having peaked at record highs in the immediate past.
According to the Peninsula, the hike in rents was a meagre 1.26 per cent in the first quarter of this year (January to March). The percentage was higher at 6.47 in the last quarter of 2005 and at a record high of 23.73 in the second quarter (April-June, 2005).
