The Qatari real-estate sector has witnessed rapid expansion thanks to significant growth rates in the gas and oil sectors, Global said in a report issued on Tuesday.
It noted that the economic boom in Qatar was the main cause for the growing demand in the property secto. Increases of the public expenditure has played an important role in the growth of the real-estate sector, the Global report conveyed.
