Following the successful launch of "Mina Al Arab", RAK Properties (PJSC), the premier real estate development company of Ras Al Khaimah, will showcase its two recently launched projects at the "Worldwide Property Show" in Kuwait on May 7 - May 8, 2006 at the Courtyard Marriott.

This Five star exhibition will target affluent national, expatriate, international corporate investors and high net worth individuals who wish to buy off, plan and invest in commercial and residential real estate on a global basis.

RAK Properties will be showcasing its premier project, "Julfar Towers", a mixed use development consisting of two 43 storey towers, one residential which has 349 apartments and one office tower which has 468 offices, located on the same podium.

Alongside the "Julfar Towers" project, RAK Properties will also be exhibiting "Mina Al Arab", after launching it on April 30, 2006. This exciting project proposes the creation of integrated and diverse communities offering luxury residential and international standard tourism developments, coupled with world class retail entertainment and waterside dining facilities.

Mohammed Al Qadi, Managing Director, RAK Properties, said: "In an attempt to position RAK as a favored location for residents, business and organizations alike, and as a vibrant tourist, leisure & shopping destination, RAK Properties believes that prestigious regional exhibitions such as the Worldwide Property Show in Kuwait serves our purpose.

It also provides the model platform to showcase RAK Properties' flagship projects, "Julfar Towers" & "Mina Al Arab" to local, regional and international investors, and the chance to discover future investment opportunities in Kuwait."

RAK Properties has opened the door for selling units in the towers earlier this year. "Julfar Towers" investors will benefit from a unique payment scheme based on construction phases, whereby they would pay divided amounts of the total cost of their flat or office according to the structural development of the Towers.

RAK Properties has also commenced selling freehold units in "Mina Al Arab" at the Arabian Travel Market Exhibition in Dubai. "Mina Al Arab" has attracted a tremendous amount of interest from the exhibition's visitors, reflecting a high investor interest in RAK and proving the potential it holds for the future.
