UAE-based real estate development company RAK Properties is reportedly exhibiting its 'Mina Al Arab' and 'Julfar Towers' at the World Wide Property show currently underway in Karachi, Pakistan.
RAK Properties is also showcasing a number of presentations and video demos about the two landmark towers, which are considered two of the company's premier real estate projects for the review investors and buyers across the globe in attendance at the event, according to Khaleej Times.
The World Wide Property Show, which takes place at the Karachi Expo Center, attracts a host of leading international property developers, lenders, mortgage brokers and investors, offering them an opportunity to forge business networks and learn about new real estate projects available for investment.
RAK's Mina Al Arab is set to provide an estimated 3,500 rooms for tourists and visitors of the emirate and the surrounding region. The project offers luxury residential and international standard tourism developments coupled with retail entertainment and waterside dining facilities.
The Julfar Towers consists of two 43-storey towers, one residential and one commercial. The residential boasts 349 apartments, while the office tower with 468 office units built over a three-level podium. The Julfar business tower so far consists of mainly foreign ownership.
