Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown prince and Deputy Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah has issued a resolution on documentation and proving of property registration in the emirate.
According to WAM, the resolution 16 for 2005 stipulates that the owner of the land plot should produce all necessary documents as to the exact location and dimensions and the old authenticated registration papers, along with four witnesses. Each of the witnesses should be above 55 years of age and at least two of them should neither have blood relation with the owner nor be his/her heirs.
