Egypt’s Raya Group has entered several strategic alliances to market its services and software programs in Africa and to market professional and consulting services in the Levant region. The company is currently studying other markets in the region and looking for ways to cooperate with the local companies there.
Raya had previously succeeded in winning contracts for projects in Africa and the Middle East and delivering several of them. Such projects include Central Bank of Syria and the mobile phone services company Syriatel in Syria, Central Bank of Jordan and the mobile phone services company Fastlink for mobile phone services in Jordan, installation and training on Oracle E-business applications and a project in the mobile phone services company Djezzi in Algeria, and other projects in information technology and telecommunications in Tunisia and Marocco.
