According to Al-Watan newspaper (June 20, 2005), the Ali Abalkhail Real Estate Investment & Trading Group completed selling its Nuwarat Al-Medina Towers Project for more than SR 100 million ($27 million). The project consists of two 14-storey towers in a strategic location nearby the Mosque of Al-Haram in Al-Medina city.
Mr. Ali Abalkhail said that his group is currently negotiating the sale of its second project, Al-Sharq villas project. Mr. Ali Abalkhail expects the Abalkhail Real Estate Investment & Trading Group to soon put on sale its third project in the same city.
