According to Al-Sharq newspaper, official statistics show that the value of the total signed real estate deals in the Sultanate of Oman rose to OR 429.36 million last year, up from OR 358.99 million in the previous year, a 16% growth.
The value of the real estate sale contracts rose from OR 160 million to OR 214 million in the same period, a 25% rise. The value of the real estate rent contracts rose from OR 196 million to OR 211 million in the same period, a 7% rise.
