The weekly real estate index published by the database general administration at the Saudi Ministry of Justice in Riyadh and Dammam for last week indicated a rise in the price of real estate deals registered with the justice department. According to Arab News, in Riyadh the it rose by 37.32 percent, a total sales price during that week was SR775,922,464. In Dammam, the increase was by 13.04 percent, the total sales deals reached SR52,615,221.
