Bahrain-based real estate investment company RealCAPITA has signed a $7 million contract with Daylami Consulting Engineers to build two 12-storey luxury residential towers in Umm Al Hassam.
According to the GDN, Real Suites will include 68 fully furnished luxurious apartments, including eight studio apartments, 36 one-bedroom apartments, 20 two-bedroom apartments, and four with three bedrooms. It will also feature ground and first-floor parking for residents as well as a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, squash courts and a gymnasium.
