The Galleria Residence, at the Hyatt Regency Dubai, is currently undergoing a program to upgrade the services and facilities offered in and around its apartments. The program, which started at the beginning of the year, has reached midway, with 16 out of 28 floors being completed.
Salah Interiors, the Dubai-based contractors were awarded the project. According to Suhas Desai, Galleria manager, 90 percent of the tenants are long-term residents, with an average stay ranging between six months and 10 years.
The complex includes a convenient shopping mall with a bank branch, supermarket, pharmacy and specialized stores. There is also an in-house baby-sitting facility and crèche that operates during the day.
For entertainment, there is an ice rink, a cinema, a playground, Fitness Center and a Par 3 Golf Park. Tenants also have access to two swimming pools, one exclusive pool on the rooftop and another at the Fitness Center as well as a residence lounge with entertainment facilities. — (menareport.com)
