The President of Yanbu and Al Jubail Industrial Cities Authority, Prince Saud Bin Al-Thanian, signed a SR 292 million contracts package aimed at developing the Al-Jubail Industrial Estate no 2 and the surrounding residential area.
The first of these contracts, valued SR 99 million, consists of building 120 villas and 2 residential buildings to host the students of the Al-Jubail Industrial College and the Al-Jubail Technology Institute. The other contracts consist of executing various infrastructure and gardening activities at the industrial estate.
