SABA Real Estate, the Dubai-headquartered real estate major, has assured investors in the SABA Towers project at Jumeirah Lake Towers that occupants would be able to move into a fully-equipped SABA Tower 1 at the time of delivery. Throughout the construction process, master developer Nakheel has given its complete support and assurance on the provision of infrastructure facilities at the project, including an exclusive access road to SABA Tower 1.
SABA Tower 1, which was launched in 2003 as the first office tower in Dubai to offer freehold luxury offices to GCC nationals and expatriates, is set to become the first such tower to be ready for delivery at Jumeirah Lake Towers. The Tower offers more than 360,000 square feet of office space and is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. The individual offices will each feature high-quality finished ceilings with specialty entrance doors and are offered on a core and shell basis for individual purchasers to fit-out.
Mahdhar Al Tamimi, General Manager, Jumeirah Islands and Jumeirah Lake Towers, Nakheel, said, “As master developers, Nakheel has built a reputation of creating projects that are truly world-class, in terms of design, facilities and feel, and SABA Tower 1 will offer all of this and more at the time of delivery. When residents move into a new building they expect it to have all the facilities and infrastructure in place, and this is exactly what we will be providing for SABA Tower 1. Moreover, working with SABA has been a productive experience and their commitment to quality is certainly commendable.”
SABA Real Estate and Nakheel have been working closely with several governmental organizations such as Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Dubai Internet City (DIC), Palm District Cooling, and the Ports Customs Free Zone’s Civil Engineering Department, to coordinate their efforts to ensure that complete infrastructure is in place. At the time of delivery, SABA Tower 1 will be equipped with power and water connection; chilled water supply; entire gamut of communication facilities, including telephone, fax, internet and GSM; access roads, landscape and parking.
Behrouz Javaheri, Chairman, SABA Real Estate, said, “We are more than satisfied with the pace of construction at SABA Towers which will be ready according to schedule. Moreover, at the time of handing over the keys of the project to the buyer, it will be equipped with all the latest amenities and services that will ensure a work environment that will not only be exquisitely designed, but also make the office ‘a home away from home’. We have been working in close coordination with Nakheel to put in place state-of-the-art infrastructure facilities that will provide the occupants of SABA Towers with a unique experience.”
The SABA Towers project comprises SABA Tower 2 and 3, a residential twin-tower, besides the 36-floor SABA Tower 1, which are all strategically located on the Sheikh Zayed Road, in the heart of the Jumeirah Lake Towers development in New Dubai area, the lifestyle and business corridor of the UAE. Saba Tower 1 is located only minutes away from Nakheel’s Ibn Battuta Mall.
