Sage launches SalesLogix CRM in Middle East

Sage Software has launched its mid-market Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software SalesLogix in the Middle East. The software is designed to helps companies improve efficiency of the sales, marketing and support departments. 

 

“Sage now offers local companies an integrated suite of front and back office applications and will appoint eight SalesLogix partners in the Middle East within a year. SalesLogix is target at companies with fewer than 500 employees and is priced at $1,000 per user,“ Shishir Srivastava, executive director of Sage Software Middle East, said. 

 

“To date, we have seen very few CRM implementations in the Middle East. CRM is in its infancy, what ERP was seven-eight years back. We think the Middle East CRM market will grow by 30 to 40 percent for the next three-four years as companies being to realize the benefits of CRM,” Darren Menezes, marketing manager of Sage Software Middle East said.  

 

“We will announce initial partner signups during Gitex. All SalesLogix business partners go through rigorous training to ensure customers receive the highest level of service,” commented Shishir. SalesLogix is a fully integrated CRM with the following modules
