Sakhr and Intel to continue cooperation for more Arabic solutions

Sakhr Software recently conducted high level discussions with Intel, the world’s leading chipmaker, to further strengthen continued cooperation between the two companies. The discussions concerned the building of advanced international innovations necessary for the development of IT solutions in Arabic for the Arab World.  

 

The discussions were held during the visit of one of the senior Vice Presidents of Intel to Sakhr’s Head Quarters as part of an extended business tour of Egypt and other countries in the region.  

 

The cooperation between Intel and Sakhr, integrating Sakhr’s Arabic speech technology with Intel’s VPRS and CTADE platforms, provides Arab developers with the possibility of producing Arabic solutions built on the most advanced Arab & international technologies.  

 

After the launch of the first Arabic speech technology solution, the cooperation between Intel & Sakhr took a giant leap forward, which has manifested in workshops, exhibitions and joint demonstrations which commenced approximately two months ago, and which have been taking place successively in various Arab countries and capitals.  

 

Sakhr Software Company was founded in Kuwait in 1982, and was relocated in Cairo in 1990. The company develops software specifically tailored to the needs of the Arabic market and Arabic language users.
