Sama Dubai, the international real estate investment and development arm of Dubai Holding, has launched the construction of the Dh5 billion infrastructure works for The Lagoons, its 70 million square foot Dubai Creek waterfront project. According to Gulf News, the investment will cover the cost of marine works, bridges, roads, elevated roads and water treatment facilities.
