Sama Dubai, the investment arm of Dubai Holding, and the "UAE Bank Group" have announced floating a USD 5.9 billion Fund to invest realties in the UAE and the region in general.
A statement released by "Sama Dubai" said the Real Estate Financing Fund's procedures will be further completed in the coming decade.
This Fund will work on funding sub-funds to lure investors, it added. Each fund will be directed to finance one of the projects which "Sama Dubai" puts in action at the domestic, regional and international levels.
