Sanmina-SCI Corporation, supplier of integrated design and electronics manufacturing services (EMS) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Elscint's manufacturing, assembly, engineering and integration operations in Israel.
Elscint’s Israeli factory manufactures high-end complex medical systems and other high-end industrial products. Principle customers include GE Medical Systems and Philips Medical Systems. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
