ALBAWABA – Saudi Arabia recorded a boost in supporting home ownership for its citizens in the first half of 2024. More than 51,256 financing agreements were sealed exceeding 5.3 billion Saudi riyals.

5.3 billion riyals for home ownerships

The Real Estate Development Fund supported more than 51,000 Saudi families with housing loans and financing agreements worth more than 5.3 billion riyals during the first half of this year. The Real Estate Development Fund cooperated with diverse banks and financial institutions to achieve this under the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

Diverse options and solutions

Sakani, a program that facilitates the process of owning a home in Saudi Arabia, issued a recent newsletter to highlight the great efforts made this year to provide multiple housing and financing solutions for citizens. Saudi families can choose from diverse options, including under-construction units, self-build unites, and ready-made units.

Additionally, citizens can enjoy different financing options and solutions including financial support matrix, the down payment support package, in-kind support, easy mortgage, easy installment program, the lowest financing profit margin, your support equals your installment, and the guarantees program.

The newsletter also revealed some of the new residential developments across different areas in Saudi Arabia, carried out by The National Housing Company in Saudi Arabia across different areas. These new projects aim to enhance the quality of life of families and citizens.
