Saudi Arabia is Egypt’s largest Arab investor

The Egyptian Minister of Internal Commerce and SuppliesHassan Khadher is scheduled to visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from January 5-9, accepting an invitation by the Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry, reported Al-Hayat.  

 

Meeting with several Saudi officials in Riyadh, Jeddah and Mecca, the Egyptian official will discuss ways of increasing bilateral exchanges and joint investment projects between the two states. Saudi Arabia is the largest Arab investor into Egypt, with shares in 563 companies with a total capital of 16.4 billion Egyptian Pounds ($3.5 billion). — (menareport.com)
