The Saudi Court of Grievances has given Emaar and Saudi Emaar a reprieve to prepare an arbitration document and end the dispute between the two sides. According to Gulf News, the dispute arose after the Saudi company accused Emaar of breaching their contract by entering into another joint venture with the rivals of its partners.
