ALBAWABA – Saudi Arabia is set to host the largest-ever electronic real estate auction. The auction will feature 103 properties in six different areas and locations, offering great opportunities for investors and buyers.

Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector is witnessing the launch of its largest-ever auction, featuring 103 diverse properties across 6 regions nationwide. The properties will range from residential, commercial, to agricultural, offering a variety of investment opportunities.
According to Al Eqtisadiah newspaper, the auction, arranged by Al-Joud for Development and Real Estate Investment, will feature about 35 properties in Riyadh. The properties include 5 lands in Al-Ammariyah, 2 lands in Dhahrat Al Awdah in Diriyah, and 28 lands in Urayd.
Additionally, 9 real estate properties will be featured from the Eastern Province, including 3 residential lands in the Corniche district in Khobar, a residential land in the Aziziyah district, a residential villa in the Rakah district, a residential villa in the Western Beach district, and 3 residential lands in the Fursan district in Dammam.

It is worth noting that the auction will also feature 34 real estate items in Al Madinah, including 8 residential and commercial lands in Al-Mubaath neighborhood, 2 residential commercial lands in Durrat Al-Malik Fahd neighborhood, 2 residential commercial lands northeast of Al-Duwaikhla, 1 residential land in Al-Aqoul neighborhood (B), 1 residential commercial land in East Medina neighborhood (A), 2 residential lands in Ain Al-Khaif neighborhood, 2 residential lands in Al-Arid neighborhood, 1 land in Al-Mubayith neighborhood in Jaz’ Al-Arid, 1 residential land in Shuran neighborhood (A), 4 residential lands in Al-Difaa neighborhood in Abiar Ali, 4 residential lands in Al-Gharra neighborhood in Al-Manahil area, and 6 apartments in Al-Aziziyah neighborhood.
The auction will feature 20 real estate items in Al Qassim city and is set to take place next Saturday, December 14.
