According to Al-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper, more than 160 major real estate companies from Saudi Arabia, the Gulf and the Arab World are preparing to participate at the Jeddah International Real Estate and Finance Exhibition 2005 which will take place in Jeddah International Exhibition Centre from February 20 2005 till February 25 2005.
Sources in the Saudi real estate market estimated at SR 6 billion ($1.6 billion) the real estate investment opportunities offered by the fair. At the exhibition which will take place under the patronage of Prince Abdul Majeed Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saoud, Dar Al Arkan will exhibit its projects in Jeddah, Mekkah, Madinah, Younbo and Riyadh.
