Vice Governor of Asir Region, prince Faisal Bin Khaled, said that the third construction and real estate exhibition will be part of the program of Abha symposium and will be held in the summer of every year, reported the Saudi newspaper, Al-Watan, on September 29. Prince Faisal was speaking when he opened Abha Real Estate and Construction Exhibition 2005, organized by Abha chamber of commerce and industry. Some 30 companies and establishments operating in the fields of real estate and decoration took part in this show.
The head of Abha chamber of commerce and industry, Abdullah al-Mubti, said that all the needed components for real estate investments exist in the region, which saw an active construction activity during the recent years. He added that the real estate committee in the chamber is studying at present the idea of establishing real estate holding company for real estate investments in the region.
