Held from May 16 to May 19 in Jeddah, Riyadh and Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia’s business leaders heard from Sun executives updates from the company’s latest products, services and directions for the year ahead.

“IT managers, business people and technology enthusiasts who attended the forums reported back that they received thorough insight about Sun’s vision for the future,” said Amar Wadjih, regional manager, MENA, Sun Microsystems. “Dedicated to keeping the community informed with our advancement, the Sun team looks forward to meeting with business leaders at the event again next year.”

Sun experts who spoke at the event discussed the latest trends in fields ranging from mobility and software to storage and services.

“Saudi Arabia’s decision makers are driven by the desire to run the most efficient and profitable business organizations,” said Graham Porter, marketing manager, Sun Microsystems MENA. “This year, we had more people attend our event than last year and we expect the numbers to rise again next year.” (menareport.com)
