The Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) announced that the value of the Saudis' personal money transfers increased to SR 52.28 billion last year, up from SR 35.81 billion in the previous year, a 57% climb. According to Al-Khaleej newspaper, SAMA added that the value of the Saudis' personal money transfers increased to SR 5.37 billion last January, up from SR 2.86 billion in the same month last year, an 87.7% climb.
