Saudi Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thenian Al-Saud, the President the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, inaugurated in Riyadh Sunday the 2nd Industrial Engineering Conference.
The three-day conference is organized by the Faculty of Engineering at King Saud University.
The participants of the Conference will discuss issues pertaining to developments in the field of industrial engineering, <i>SPA</i> said.
Addressing the conference's inaugural session, Prince Saud said the national productive sectors would face serious challenges due to the admission of the Kingdom to the World Trade Organization (WTO).
He stressed the importance of scientific research in the field of industrial engineering.
