The second phase of the $1.2 billion Durrat Al Bahrain project is to be launched on Saturday, following the total sell-out of the first phase. The 460 luxury residential villas being offered in the second phase are scattered over four islands, GDN reported. The project will be launched at the Ritz-Carlton Bahrain Hotel and Spa at 9 am on Saturday.
Four types of villas, ranging from 500 square metres to 1,500 square metres, are on offer.
