General Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai's Crown Prince and UAE Defence Minister, visited the Oqyana project at the Nakheel stand after the opening of Arabian Travel Market, the Middle East's travel and tourism exhibition, Tuesday. Oqayana is taking shape on Nakheel's 'The World' project and is the world's first fully masterplanned elite island retreat.
