The Home Cinema pre-paid card, available in three denominations of 1, 5 and 10 Home Cinema credits, makes ordering Home Cinema pay-per-view movies from Showtime quick and easy for subscribers who usually pay by cash, according to a company press release.
Cliff Nelson, Showtime SVP for marketing and sales, said: “While the Home Cinema service has proved a tremendous success since it was launched in March, viewers who pay by cash have had to carefully plan their viewing schedule. The benefit of Home Cinema is that it is like having a multiplex movie theatre in your own home, giving viewers the largest choice of the latest Arabic and Western movies.”
The cards are now available at Showtime kiosks, sales booths and showrooms, and at selected Showtime distributors. As an added incentive, Showtime subscribers who purchase a 10 credit Home Cinema card receive a free extra credit.
