Six Continents to build 20 new properties in Middle East and North Africa

Six Continents Hotels has confirmed its involvement in the development of 20 new hotels across the Middle East region. The locations include seven in Egypt alone, where the first two will open towards the end of this year.  

 

Other new developments for the Middle East and North Africa include the InterContinental Hammamet Resort, Tunisia, due to open in spring 2004 and the InterContinental Aqaba, Jordan, set to open in autumn 2004 as well as the Holiday Inn Resort Half Moon Bay in Saudi Arabia's Eastern province. 

 

British-based Six Continents is a hospitality group with over 3,300 hotels across nearly 100 countries and territories. Its brands include InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts, Holiday Inn, Express by Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites. — (menareport.com)
