Skelmore Group recently announced their latest major initiative in launching the first Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice specializing in the financial services sector. They have selected as partners, Xchange and Carreker Corporation, whose clients include Citibank, JP Morgan Chase and Lloyds Bank.
Proprietary Research by Skelmore into the existing Regional market revealed that there is a major interest in CRM but a lack of knowledge as to how to select and implement workable solutions that provide return on your investment. Spending on CRM solutions will reach $44.5 billion worldwide by 2006 according to International Data Corp (IDC) and the Middle East will be part of this growth in CRM expenditure.
Skelmore Group, incorporating Skelmore Consulting, Skelmore Communications and Skelmore Business Solutions, was formed in 1994 and now operates from offices in Toronto, Dubai and Kuwait. Its Middle East operation, headquartered in Dubai, has from outset focused on providing broad based consulting services to select “blue chip” GCC based clientele and the multi-national corporations that distributed products through these companies. — (menareport.com)
