E-business solutions provider ACCPAC International kicked off its strategy in Lebanon by investing in a five days technical training to its Lebanon-based partners on its newly launched ACCPAC Advantage Series 5.0.
Technical teams from SETS, a new ACCPAC partner in Lebanon, RCI, an existing partner, and from Transcontinental Corporation, a Saudi-based partner are set to acquire the expertise needed for customization, installation and support of ACCPAC’s new products.
“We see our investment in our partnerships in Lebanon today as a must especially when the country is working to overcome its recession,” commented Marc Van der Ven, regional manager of ACCPAC. “It is during these times that businesses need to look for opportunities to increase their efficiency, cut their cost and leverage technology in the work place to sustain
profitability and plan for expansions.”
ACCPAC’s regional strategy, kicked off in February 2001, focuses on building a strong channel of partners across the region and on bringing software technologies that speed up the gradual migration of the small to medium businesses from manual processes and outdated systems to strong business management solutions.
Van der Ven explains:” Our software helps the migration to software-automated operations. Because of the country’s entrepreneurial nature and the dominance of the small to medium businesses in the market, we believe that we bring the greatest value to Lebanon by having partners on the ground to support current and future ACCPAC users.”
“ACCPAC is designed to allow us, as system integrators, to customize the software based on each businesses’ needs and therefore customize solutions to various vertical markets rather than building systems from scratch,” commented Aida Maalouf from RCI.
ACCPAC Advantage Series includes a set of accounting and operations modules designed to suit any business, regardless of size, industry or functional requirements. ACCPAC International, Inc., empowers mid-market enterprises through a range of end-to-end e-business solutions designed to enhance competitive advantage and increase profitability.
Based in Pleasanton, California, USA, with offices in Asia, Australia, Canada, Mexico, the Middle East, South Africa and the United Kingdom, ACCPAC has more than 500,000 registered clients and 5,000 business partners in more than 100 countries worldwide. — (menareport.com)
