Solidere S.A.L. has invited it shareholders to attend a third General
Assembly, after a quorum was not reached at the first two attempts,
to be held on June 30 th , 2000 at the Bristol Hotel. During the
assembly, the following issues are to be discussed:
· Approving the 1999 results and voting on dividend distribution.
· Election of new board members.
