Sorough Real Estate awarded Dh110m residential deal in Abu Dhabi

The Abu Dhabi Aviation Authority recently awarded Sorouh Real Estate a contract to develop a Dh110 million residential development complex for employees of the aviation authority over a land area of 112,500 square meters.

 

Work on the Abu Dhabi Aviation Residential Complex project, to be located in Sector 6 off the Airport Road in Abu Dhabi, has already begun according to Khaleej Times.

 

The residential compound will consist of three types of accommodation: two Type A double-storey buildings for staff; 60 Type B townhouses for  bachelors; and 20 Type C double-storey villas for senior management.

 

Staff accommodation will occupy a total land area of 5,824 square meters and will be comprised of kitchen and dining facilities, a mosque, a private road and parking facility. Bachelor accommodations include a club, tennis and basketball courts, a swimming pool and leisure areas, an office for building maintenance, a private road and parking facility and will occupy an area of 64,176 square meters in total.

 

Senior staff villas will occupy a total land area of 42,500 square meters and will include tennis courts, a swimming pool and leisure areas. In addition, these prestigious areas will include a guard house, a private road and parking facilities for its residents.
