Sorouh Real Estate has announced an international architectural competition to design 22 residential buildings of the unique Waterside community at Shams Abu Dhabi on Al Reem Island. The Waterside residences will be unique because they will face a stream of water beyond which will be the lush green mangrove preserve of the island.
