Star Giga Establishment Limited has adopted a unique finance plan to facilitate easy ownership of Goldcrest Dreams apartments. Buyers will not be required to present any bank statements or bank documents to avail the interest-free finance option from the developer. Goldcrest Dreams offers an attractive five-year payment plan with easy, affordable installments. After reserving the apartment by making a down payment of approximately 10 per cent, the buyer need only to pay quarterly payments where monthly installments start from as low as AED 1,999 until possession. After possession, the balance payments can be made in installments similar to paying rent.
