Indian Data recovery firm Stellar Information Systems has launch its Global Partner Program in Middle-East-Africa (MEA). The program aims to identify and motivate committed re-seller partners who can grow their business and boost Stellar's growth in the region.

Stellar is also evaluating a plan to open branch operations in Dubai. “MEA is an important destination for Stellar. Expansion of our Dubai branch is part of our commitment to support our clients and business partners in the region”, Sunil Chandna, Stellar director, said.

Stellar’s 100-strong business partner network has contributed to over 80 percent of the company’s software sales last year. They handle an entire suit of Stellar products including Data Safety, Data Recovery and Data Eraser Software.

“We are excited about the business opportunities that will be available at Gitex. As a part of the Global Partner Program, we plan to complete appointment of the country distributors in the region at the end of the event,” Chandna added.

Stellar has embarked on a mission to enhance its reach throughout the region by adopting a two-tier distribution model. Stellar would appoint local distributors who market its products to small and medium sized enterprises.

Stellar provides software and service solutions that help customers manage and recover their data. Stellar recovers lost or corrupted data from operating systems and various storage devices through its automated software and lab recovery capabilities. Stellar also offers PC utility software programs and services to help prevent critical data loss.

In addition to its New Delhi headquarters, Stellar operates from other locations in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Patna in India. Stellar operates world wide through over 100 business partners. — (menareport.com)
