As the name suggests, the project is on the Westside of Dubai Marina and its target market is mainly select buyers who appreciate high quality property.
Construction is set to commence June 2004 and will be completed July 2005. Total cost of the project is valued at AED 79 million. The plan consists of 17 different apartment lay outs, one ground plus seven floors and one underground parking level and many luxurious perks.

“Westside is a valuable property and a sound investment as well considering its prime location and development plan.” she added. Sizes of the units vary from 936.12 sqft for the one-bedroom to 3,490.54 sqft for the three-bedroom apartments. Prices range from AED 547,000 to AED 3,000,000
Nowrozi explained that each master’s bedroom has its own Jacuzzi- a great plus for the property. Likewise, there are private parking spaces available, the number of which depends on the size of the unit. A three-bedroom unit gets two parking slots. Each unit will also have a corresponding storage area. Both parking and storage comes for free.
“We want the best for our future residents so we commissioned the best names and brands for our interiors,” Nowrozi revealed. Renowned experts John R Harris & Partners-who also did the Wafi Shopping Mall and Dubai International Trade and Exhibition Centre are the consultants of the project.
With beauty, creativity and comfort being the utmost, Westside has no less than Philippe Starck-designed sanitary wares and fittings for Duravit of Germany as well as Hansgrohe also from Germany for the special bathrooms. The units also have world-class kitchen and wardrobe cabinets by Del Tongo of Italy.
The latest appliances from Bosch of Germany have also been incorporated for more convenience.
